We are a small business led by Chuck and Paul, two old friends with a passion for land, real estate, and entrepreneurship. When we decided to put those together, KHI Land Partners was born.
We are both trained engineers who love business, and our interest in land runs deep. We grew up in semi-rural areas, at a time before video games had taken over the childhood imagination. Instead, we spent our days running around in the fresh air, exploring the woods, and gaining an appreciation for the value of the great outdoors and the sense of freedom it can instill in you. With these backgrounds, you could say the land business just makes sense to us.
We have both traveled extensively throughout the world, and if there’s one thing we’ve learned from all those miles, it’s that the breathtaking natural beauty of the United States is as captivating as anyplace we have ever seen.
